Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Transport permit charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- All other amounts paid towards the trip will be refunded as follows:
- 100% refund will be provided if the trip is cancelled at least 2 days before the scheduled trip date.
- 50% refund will be provided if the trip is cancelled 1 day before the scheduled trip date.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the trip or after the scheduled departure time.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment.
